Description
Habitat for Humanity of North Central Connecticut is recruiting dedicated and energetic individuals interested in joining our construction team on an active build site in the Northeast Neighborhood of Hartford! Opportunities are available for single or recurring service dates through March 2024.
Service days are Wednesday through Friday, 7:45AM - 3:00PM. We work year-round, with the exception of major Holidays. Construction experience is helpful but not required. Our professional construction staff will provide all of the tools and training necessary for a successful build event!
We are currently working on 5 new construction homes in the Northeast Neighborhood of Hartford.
All volunteers must be at least 16 years of age to joins us on site, and 18 to use power tools. For every 4 volunteers under the age of 18, we require one chaperone 21 or older to accompany them for their entire service day.
ALL VOLUNTEERS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN OUR VOLUNTEER WAIVER.
