Evolving Education's mission is to democratize educational practices that empower children and youth to develop their potential. We focus on research, awareness campaigns, educators’ professional development and communities of practice mostly through digital channels.
We recently registered a Delaware LLC to complement our non-profit structure and allow us to open a new venue to fund our educational activities. Our non-profit structure will focus on delivering programs funded by governments of fundations; while the LLC structure will focus on trainings and services directly offered to schools. This hybrid model is much needed to enable the sustainability and scale of our impact-focused organization.
We are seeking support to help us set the processes to meet our new tax and accounting obligations. We want to be guided through the 2023 tax filling, so that we can do it ourselves from now on.
