Description
Mentors must be 21 years or older, but you do not need any experience with youth to become a SUCCESS mentor! SUCCESS mentors receive quality training, weekly support, and encouragement as they build a trusting friendship with their mentee. SUCCESS welcomes mentors who are young professionals, retirees or are people who have raised a family and want to give back. All mentors are thoroughly screened and go through an interview process, and intensive training.
Volunteer commitment is 2-4 hours per week for a minimum of 1 year.
Must be 21+, have a clean driving record and be able to pass a WA State Patrol Background Check and an FBI Fingerprint Clearance.
Must reside in or be able to commute to East King County and have reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
