Executive Assistant - Philadelphia, PA Suburbs

Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for supporting organizational leadership in the non-profit sector?

We are seeking an Executive Assistant with excellent customer service and people skills to provide essential support to our President and help drive our mission forward.

Duties:

• Schedule, confirm and follow-up on appointments
• Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings
• Source and book venues
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Respond to email and phone inquiries
• Duties as assigned

Although we’re headquartered in Radnor, PA this is primarily a virtual position with frequent in-person and online meetings as warranted.

Experience:

• Stay at home Moms & Dads, Retired Secretaries/or Executive Asst are encouraged to apply
• Proven experience in administrative support roles
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
