Description
The Delaware Teen Science Café is designed for teens by teens in our community to engage in STEAM-related topics delivered by local experts in the field. A typical café may consist of food, collaboration, special guest speakers, activities, and more.
The Delaware Teen Science Café Leadership Team is a volunteer program for teens in grades 9-12. The DTSC Leadership Team plans and hosts Delaware Teen Science Cafés throughout the school year. Planning and hosting Teen Science Cafés include creating themes, preparing presenters, marketing, and building leadership skills.
Hours count towards community service requirements.
Application deadline is Monday, April 15. Applications will be reviewed, and interviews will be hosted April 21-April 27. Accommodations can be made to host interviews virtually. All applicants will be responded to by May 7, 2024.
