Description
Working directly with the Operations, Programs and Food Pantry team, the Volunteer Manager cultivates and manages volunteers to support programming and operational goals. The Manager
will initiate recruitment strategies as needed, provide guidance through onboarding and care during tenure to cultivate engagement and ensure a rewarding volunteer experience. Volunteers include individuals, groups from sponsoring congregations, as well as family, organization and business partner groups. Scheduling includes weekly shifts pertaining to distribution, stocking,
food recovery, larger off site programs/events, and more. Should have experience with non-profit volunteer administration and management.
