Why Cocoa360?

At Cocoa360, we are creating a world where a child’s birth location doesn’t stop them from fulfilling their fullest potential for the greater good of our world.  We are a non-profit that leverages revenue generated from community-run cocoa farms to improve education and health outcomes for members of cocoa-growing communities.

We’re doing this through our “farm-for-impact” model, whereby rural cocoa-farming communities in Africa partner with their governments to cover 100% of their children's educational and associated healthcare expenses. 

And without long-term reliance on foreign aid, contrary to the familiar development narrative.

Communications Fellow

This 3-month opportunity is ideal for a high-achieving recent college/university graduate or young professional with a strong communication, coding, or content creation background as well as content writing skills who is excited about being part of the core team at a growing nonprofit.

Applicants with coding experience are encouraged to participate

Responsibilities include the following

- Help in updating the Cocoa360 branding guide

- Help build an e-commerce webpage to host our FFI model course (embedded on our www.cocoa360.org) and general project production.

- Help build an API to allow us to raise funds on our partners' website

- Improve our social media statistics through an increase in followers and engagement

- Spearhead personalized fundraisers with a target of $2000
