2024 Living Traditions Festival Volunteers Needed

Greetings!

The 2024 Living Traditions Festival is just around the corner and we need your help! We are seeking volunteers to help with the Festival May 17th-19th at Library and Washington Square in Salt Lake City.

If you are unfamiliar with us, we are a free 3-day Festival in downtown Salt Lake City celebrating the cultural diversity and ethnic traditions of peoples residing in Utah. We feature live performances, concerts, and artwork showcasing these traditions. We are currently seeking volunteers to assist us in connecting thousands to our diverse community.

Volunteers provide an invaluable service to the operation of this Festival and contribute to the spirit of Living Traditions. You can participate in this multicultural celebration by giving a few hours of your time to volunteer. Volunteer shifts are 3-4 hours over the weekend.

Volunteer opportunities include assisting with:

Crafts and Workshops, Beverages, Bocce Ball, Greeting Guests, Caring for the Grounds, Stages, Kids Area, Production, School Day, and more!

To apply to volunteer, please fill out this short Volunteer Interest Form. After completing the Interest Form, you will receive a form to choose your volunteer shifts on a first come first serve basis.

Volunteers receive benefits such as festival t-shirts, an opportunity drawing, and more! For more information email volunteer@saltlakearts.org

Come join us and help connect thousands to diverse cultures and their traditions. Interest forms need to be filled out by Tuesday. April 2nd, 2024. Sign up sheets for shifts during the festival dates will be sent by email on Thursday, April 4th. Deadlines for shift sign ups will be on Friday, May 10th.
