Food Roots exists thanks to the volunteer service of our current and former Board members, and we need to add members this spring.
We’d love you to join us! Your duties as a Board member include:
- Attending monthly board meetings
- Providing organizational and fiscal oversight
- Serving on board committees as needed
- Assisting occasionally with Food Roots events/programming
We value diversity and welcome candidates with a variety of skills and backgrounds, particularly those who are connected to food systems, organized labor, cultural organizations, communities of color, and current or former recipients of SNAP/other benefits.
