Description

The Grants Coordinator is responsible for identifying grant opportunities that align with and support the activities and mission of Theatre Prometheus. This position will work alongside other members of the development and management team to manage timelines and submissions for said grants. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research to identify grant opportunities 
  • Creating and managing the grant calendar
  • Collaborating with other team members to draft and submit grant
  • Conducting grant stewardship activities with grantors, such as coordinating tickets to see shows 
  • Coordinating EOY grant reports  

Requirements:

  • Some experience in grant writing and/or administration is preferred, experience with Grant Station is a plus 
  • Passion for diverse, women-focused theatre
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • A flair for the creative and a desire to further Theatre Prometheus’ mission

Please note that we are not currently able to provide full payment for this position. We offer a very small, one-time stipend for all our administrative staff and use the rest of our limited budget to pay artists and tech crew. We are eager to work with you to grow our budget to the point that we can change this!
