Description
We are looking for volunteers to coach Girls on the Run teams located in Fairfield, Hartford, Litchfield, New Haven and Tolland Counties in CT!
You do not have to be a runner!
We provide the training to deliver our curriculum, intended to inspire 3rd through 8th graders to be healthy, joyful and confident!
The commitment is 2x/week, for 90 minutes each session. Teams are typically made up of 2-4 volunteer coaches, and 12-15 participants. One coach must be 1st aid/CPR certified. The season starts February 27 and ends with a celebratory 5K on May 11th.
