Description
The American Red Cross has high-priority need for Disaster Action Team Responders. Disaster Responders train to respond to local disasters in their community, 90% of which are home fires. Disaster Responders are then on call for weekly shifts, able to respond to neighbors in need when disaster strikes. They provide hope, comfort, and financial assistance for immediate needs such as food, clothing and shelter when people are displaced from their homes. All training provided. 1. Create a Red Cross ID.
2. Complete all steps of the application including uploading photo ID, authorizing a background check and reviewing wavier forms.
