Hello Friends! We are Melrose Parent Teacher Group and we represent Melrose Avenue Preschool. Our wonderful school is (currently) located in Avondale, but we are soon moving to Murray Hill. Thankfully our two buildings are only 2.5miles away from each other, that has really helped. It has been a long process and we need more helping hands! Our children and teachers have a strict deadline to be out of our building by the end of May. We need to finish construction, clean the place up and move 12,000sq ft over to the new space. It's been a journey to say the least and we are ready to get into our new building. After multiple set backs with the City, delays on materials and lots of 'unknowing' it is CRUNCH TIME! We are ready to push forward and have all the helping hands we can get. Our families and close friends will be helping, but there is still lots to do! We are hoping our extended friends and family around the City can come lend a hand.
Do you love to paint? We have lots of walls that need a fresh coat of white.
Do you have a large truck or a flatbed? We'd love some help with moving boxes and furniture.
Is putting together IKEA & Amazon Furniture (Shelves, Dressers, Desks etc)? Come on over!
Are you looking for something simple, but effective? We have lots of construction dust to get rid of. This will take wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, cleaning window and sweeping.

Our entrance is on Plymouth Ave, right next door the Tumblerz children's fitness center. Look for a large white building tucked within the trees.
