Bike New York - Packet Pickup Volunteers Needed!

The 2024 TD Five Boro Bike Tour is being held on May 5th, and Packet Pickup is where all 32,000 riders come to check in and collect their packets before the big day! From Thursday May 2 - Saturday, May 4 we need the support of hundreds of volunteers to ensure these riders can check in as quickly and efficiently as possible!

The Tour is the world’s biggest charitable bike ride, with proceeds funding our free bike education program. Support Bike New York’s mission by volunteering at the Center415 in Midtown, where we'll need help distributing registration packets to our thousands of riders and getting them excited about the big day. No bike needed! There are also plenty of opportunities for groups (please email us).

Volunteer roles include:

• CROWD CONTROL
• EVENT SUPPORT

Perks Include: Complimentary meal, commemorative T-shirt, opportunity to register for next year’s Tour before public registration opens, and 50% off the registration fee for the Discover Hudson Valley or Twin Lights Ride. Volunteering for Packet Pickup can also count toward Community Service Hours!
