Description
The International Women's Resource Center is a start-up non-profit organization based in Los Angeles, California.
IWRC is a community of learning, support and resources for refugee and immigrant women. Our spheres of focus are: Adult Education, Health Literacy, Family Literacy, Workforce Preparation, and Building Community.
We are looking for volunteers to provide ESL tutoring to our adult participants. The schedule is flexible and pairs can either meet remotely or in-person in Los Angeles County. Ideally, volunteers can commit to tutoring at least once per week, for three months.
