Description

The Primary Aldosteronism Foundation is dedicated to advancing standards of care for patients with hyperaldosteronism by promoting timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment, fostering targeted research and innovation, and facilitating patient collaboration. The Foundation serves the primary aldosteronism community worldwide, and is headquartered in the US state of Arizona.

We are looking for an energetic Development Associate to help the organization strategically achieve its mission, drive new sources of revenue, and build relationships with new stakeholders while maintaining those already established across the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

You will assist the Co-Directors with:

• Developing a revenue mix to ensure the organization’s sustained growth,

• Supporting planned activities such as professional and fundraising events,

• Researching grants, and preparing proposals and applications,

• Identifying new development opportunities and potential partners.

The successful applicant will be resourceful and motivated to grow the Foundation's outreach. Prior non-profit experience is strongly desirable along with proficiency in financial analysis and familiarity with relevant software (e.g., CRM platforms, Google Analytics).

If you strive tackling complex problems under minimal supervision, and value collaborative work, this opportunity is made for you! We foster a participative space where everyone can contribute to the extent s/he desires, and will provide proper onboarding and needed support.

Meetings and Time Commitment

Your attendance at biweekly or monthly meetings will be expected. We anticipate a minimum of 5 to 10 hours of your time will be needed each week. The position has potential for additional hours and financial compensation for the right candidate.

Location

We work remotely, and will consider all applicants regardless of their area of residence.
