Legal/Law/Human Rights Internship

The student will intern with a local Human Rights Organization and Development where he/she will assist in:-

  • Involved in training legal and civic education,
  • Involved in offering conflict management education in conflict areas,
  • Involved in advocating good governance, economic development, politics and Corruption, research, human rights abuse (post election violence) youth and leadership

This is an on-going activity, interns will be using English language and spending 6 - 8 hours Monday-Friday Morning and afternoon.

Interns spend 6 - 8 hours a day, weekends are free. Accommodation and meals is at a selected host family, transport from Nairobi to the location by public transport, Airport pick up is provided upon request.

Orientation will be done at Pamoja Office to explain to the volunteer to inform about Kenya, work, location, what is expected of you or what you expect from the institution and all payments including commitment and program fee will be paid in the offices during orientation

We encourage groups of interns to apply. The Project is located in Nairobi and Nakuru Minimum duration 1 month and maximum 6 months.
