Young Women on the Rize organization is looking for a Young Women panelist age 7-25 to be part of the member's Bake off monthly panelist for 2024 You must have been baking for at least a year and be able to share your favorite YWR sweet treat with other panelists and some of our spectators as well.

There will be a preliminary virtual questionnaire and then a 90 minute training for the professional panelists chosen to join other member judges a few days before the Bake off.

List of criteria for Baker Panelist:
#1. Your love for baking!
#2. At least baking minimum a year
#3 Share what baking goods and baking needs are most important
#3. Sharing one of your baking do's and don'ts
#4. Baker Panelists being able to have some sweet treats to display and give out to the Bake off audience
#5. Be available for photo shoot/ mini audio video speaking about the Baker Panelist and your opinion
