FLIPANY’s healthy food demonstrations include cooking-based nutrition education designed to teach youth and parents how to prepare healthy, tasty meals on a limited budget.
Volunteer side by side with FLIPANY's culinary and nutrition educators lead hands-on courses that show adults, teens, and kids how to purchase and prepare nutritious foods in healthful, safe, and delicious ways. This can mean the difference between feeding families for just one night and making sure they have the knowledge, skills, and resources to prepare healthy meals for a lifetime.

How to Apply
Cooking and nutrition education sessions occur one time per week for 6-8 weeks. This is a great way to give back to the community, volunteer with a highly respected non-profit (FLIPANY), and promote the benefits to living a healthy life. If you have time, the community would benefit from your talent!
