Marketing - Digital Asset Coordinator

Bay Area Green Tours is a non-profit organization that creates and guides  in-person tours in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. We focus our itineraries on highlighting the sustainable economy in action, to inspire and educate youth and adults to build a more enduring, resilient, and just future.

We are looking for a volunteer to join our marketing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys environmental topics and who has at least two years of experience using Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets) . We need someone who has extensive experience organizing digital content such as image and video assets.

Responsibilities:

• Content Management: Manage the organization of marketing project assets such as digital marketing files, image and video asset files, social media content files
• Performing on-line research to support marketing efforts
• When possible, assist with social media and website content updates 
• General support to the marketing team: as needed assist with initiatives, and campaigns 
• This is a remote-only position

Your profile:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills - project management certification a plus
• Experience handling video, photo, and print files for distribution
• Experience managing and archiving files within Google Suite for marketing
• Prior marketing, social media, communications experience a plus
• Experience with Canva and Flipcause a plus
• Passionate about environmental issues and solutions for the future

We are looking for someone who is experienced at organizing digital assets and is passionate about the environment and sustainability! We can also offer school credit, if helpful.
