AMP Global Youth is an international non-profit organization that aims to build a movement of powerful global leaders. Founded by students at Yale after 9/11, over 100,000 youth have participated in our programs. Our alumni have gone on to lead student organizations, work for international organizations, participate in prestigious gap year and language programs, and enroll at top institutions. The focus of our programs is to help young people develop a sense of purpose and strong set of skills to succeed.
Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for someone with experience with outreach, communications and/or marketing, and an interest in supporting youth leaders. We are growing quickly, with programs more than doubling in size in recent years. Every year we turn away dozens of young leaders who are eager to attend our programs, but without the financial means to do so.
We need help! The volunteer will help us identify and pursue partnerships, funding, in-kind and other resources to support our programs. They will serve as champion and connector for our work, and are excited to contribute to the development of the next generation of global leaders. This role requires a person who is committed, creative, and passionate about youth leadership development and community building, and who has a minimum of 3-5 hours/week to support our work.
Experience in almost any industry is a fit, as long as you're excited to help.
