ZEMINI offers 20+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience and knowledge, including and originating in venture-backed technology startups in Silicon Valley. ZEMINI also presents our clients with a varied background and portfolio including broad HR management chops, and consulting roles in financial services, management consulting, higher & pre-K education, nonprofit, and public sector environments.

We have a soft spot for social entrepreneurs and offer discounted services for these startups. ZEMINI is pursuing B-corps certification and welcomes the opportunity to work with and in support of other Benefit Corporations.

ZEMINI has also been working to launch Z for the Unhoused, a social entrepreneurship venture that will build a sustainable, environmentally conscious long-term & transitional co-living community (shipping container homes for the Unhoused in the counties of Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado. Z will offer workforce development, training and jobs to co-living residents in an affiliated coworking office, a community events venue located in the co-living compound, and in an onsite market with produce from the community organic garden, branded speciality foods and apparel.
