Absolute Home Health and Hospice

Absolute Hospice is part of the Schroer Group's multi-continuum care which touch people’s lives in their homes and in long-term care facilities. We address health needs related to physical therapy, medications, in-home nursing services, independent living assistance like meal preparation and companionship, and end-of-life care. Because we understand the multiple facets of care, our culture is to value each person holistically and view him or her beyond the symptom or illness.

If you or a loved one requires health-related services outside of a hospital or doctor’s office, Absolute Health Services will be there. We also offer other support to long-term care facilities in the form of medical supply procurement and nurse aide training.
