Brownstone Surrogacy

Brownstone Surrogacy is a gestational surrogacy agency built on the belief that everyone deserves the freedom to build a family, regardless of how that family comes to be. We work at the intersection of reproductive freedom and family-building equity, supporting intended parents across the full spectrum of family structures, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, single parents by choice, and those facing infertility, all of whom have historically faced barriers, bias, or exclusion in the fertility and family-building space.

Our leadership brings this mission full circle. Our founder grew his own family through egg donation and surrogacy, and brings his background as an attorney to advocate for clear, thoughtful legal protections for everyone involved in the process. Our Co-Director has been a gestational surrogate three times over and brings a background in community health, grounding our approach in what it actually feels like to carry someone else's child, not just what it looks like on paper. Between them, Brownstone operates from lived experience on every side of the surrogacy journey, not just professional expertise.

What sets our approach apart is that we center the surrogate and the intended parents. Surrogacy only works when all parties are genuinely supported, informed, and respected throughout the process, not treated as a means to an end. We built our agency around that principle, prioritizing wellbeing, consent, and voice at every stage of the journey.
