At HighPoint Hospice, we are more than an organization of hospice professionals - we are proud members of communities across Tennessee. Compassionate, quality service is our mission. And to us, service means getting to know our patients on a personal level.
Acerca de
HighPoint Hospice is a part of Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, Tn serving the surrounding counties. Highpoint is a level 5 We Honor Veterans Partner in conjunction with the NHPCO and the VA. We have a thriving Volunteer program that consists of active volunteers from those that enjoy visiting hospice patient in their homes, nursing homes, and local hospital to volunteers who assistance the staff in the office.
