Lily Hospice

Lily Hospice is an independently owned hospice based in Wisconsin. We provide services throughout Western and Southeastern Wisconsin. At Lily Hospice, our goal is to make the end of life as comfortable as possible for those we visit by providing care that is personalized for each individual. We emphasize our patients' quality of life instead of the duration and strive to make this experience more inclusive rather than isolated. Many hospice patients need and want someone to spend time with, and we are looking for compassionate, dedicated volunteers to give them that most basic of human needs - personal connection. Each volunteer brings something special to fulfill our mission of providing quality, compassionate care when it is needed most.
