    • Define and uphold BAF’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and materials.
    • Align messaging with programmatic and fundraising priorities, adapting content as organizational needs evolve.

    Digital & Social Media Management

    • Serve as the primary manager of BAF’s digital presence, including the website, blog, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
    • Maintain and regularly update the website with input from relevant staff to ensure accurate, timely content.
    • Develop and implement a content calendar that balances storytelling, educational information, and fundraising priorities.
    • Monitor performance and engagement metrics across digital platforms, making data-informed recommendations to improve reach and impact.
    • Stay up to date on digital trends and recommend strategies to keep BAF’s digital communications relevant and engaging.

    Content Creation & Storytelling

    • Write, edit, and design engaging content across digital and print formats, including social media, emails, blog posts, and print materials.
    • Source and craft compelling stories that highlight BAF’s impact, centering the voices and experiences of clients and community members when appropriate.
    • Collaborate with the development team to produce content and creative assets for fundraising and donor stewardship, including campaign pages, appeal emails, and graphics.
