    Position Overview

The Deputy Director is a core member of the Executive Leadership Team and the Executive Director’s primary thought partner in guiding organizational strategy through shared decision-making. They will work closely with a seasoned leadership team and are supported by finance and operations staff.

    Who You Are

You are a grounded, relational leader who brings strategic clarity and deep care for people. You thrive in mission-driven environments and are energized by building systems that help teams do their best work, particularly in complex or evolving contexts.

You listen well, communicate transparently, and create conditions for trust, collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership. You can zoom out to steward long-term vision while staying engaged in the practical realities of day-to-day operations. Above all, you are committed to fostering a values-aligned culture where people feel supported, respected, and able to contribute their full gifts to the work.
