Kindergarten Teacher

We are looking for a high energy and exciting Kindergarten Teacher to join our early learning division at Zhang Sah School. The ideal candidate must be a team player and a dynamic classroom leader. Responsibilities are centered upon the delivery of quality instruction, implementing curriculum, and assessing outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support Zhang Sah's mission of educating student's bodies and strengthening their minds by modeling Zhang Sah's mission and culture.
• Develop meaningful relationships while teaching, and nurturing children to achieve their fullest potential
• Teach the TK/ K class
• Assess children's needs, development, and progress
• Ensure safety of all children
• Closely follow licensing regulations related to private school
• Customize curriculum and scaffold lesson plans
• Implement lesson plans
• Document student progress
• Perform assessments as required
• Conduct parent/teacher conferences supporting family engagement
• Develop strong positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Be a team player
• Maintain a personal professional development plan
• Report to the Head of School

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education

Enjoys working closely with other teachers in a team teaching environment

Passionate about the development and well-being of children
