Description
We are looking for a high energy and exciting Kindergarten Teacher to join our early learning division at Zhang Sah School. The ideal candidate must be a team player and a dynamic classroom leader. Responsibilities are centered upon the delivery of quality instruction, implementing curriculum, and assessing outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support Zhang Sah's mission of educating student's bodies and strengthening their minds by modeling Zhang Sah's mission and culture.
- Develop meaningful relationships while teaching, and nurturing children to achieve their fullest potential
- Teach the TK/ K class
- Assess children's needs, development, and progress
- Ensure safety of all children
- Closely follow licensing regulations related to private school
- Customize curriculum and scaffold lesson plans
- Implement lesson plans
- Document student progress
- Perform assessments as required
- Conduct parent/teacher conferences supporting family engagement
- Develop strong positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Be a team player
- Maintain a personal professional development plan
- Report to the Head of School
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
Enjoys working closely with other teachers in a team teaching environment
Passionate about the development and well-being of children
