    Job Summary

    The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance partner engagement and support the sales and partner success teams. This role focuses on supporting the Revenue & Growth team in deepening relationships and driving meaningful interactions with prospective and current partners—particularly during key moments such as onboarding, renewal, and event participation. By leveraging segmentation, journey mapping, marketing automation, and performance data, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager ensures partners and prospects receive relevant, timely, and impactful messaging throughout their engagement with Out & Equal, including during its annual signature events.

    Essential Functions

    Sales Pipeline Support

    • Develop and execute communications to nurture mid-funnel prospects and move them through the sales pipeline toward sales-qualified status.
    • Manage audience segmentation to deliver personalized, timely messaging aligned with prospect stage and engagement history.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to align communications with pipeline priorities and sales strategies.
    • Monitor and report on engagement metrics to inform optimization of sales-aligned campaigns.
    • Ensure accurate data hygiene and campaign tracking within Salesforce and support the MarComm team in maintaining CRM best practices.

    Communications & Content Management

    • Lead the development and execution of partner communication strategies across the lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal.
    • Build and maintain a coordinated communications calendar that aligns with key partner milestones and organizational priorities.
    • Collaborate with the Partner Success and Programs teams to ensure all partnership fulfillment communications are timely, accurate, and impactful.
    • Monitor and analyze partner engagement metrics to make data-driven recommendations and adjustments.
    • Manage the catalog of all Marketing & Communications assets to support use and distribution across all marketing channels.

    Lifecycle & Journey Mapping

    • Create and maintain partner journey maps that reflect critical engagement stages and drive a consistent, high-quality partner experience.
    • Leverage marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement preferred) to build and optimize personalized lifecycle campaigns.
    • Implement nurturing strategies informed by satisfaction data and behavioral insights to improve long-term engagement.

    Event Engagement

    • Plan and execute communications that promote and enhance Partner participation in Out & Equal’s signature events.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver messaging that supports event logistics, visibility opportunities, and partnership value.
    • Support event-related marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent and aligned messaging across channels and partner segments.
    • Assist in follow-up and retention strategies post-event to reinforce engagement and value delivery.

    Qualifications (Licenses, Certifications, Education Related Experience, technology)

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
    • 4–6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, communications, customer engagement, or customer marketing.
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement preferred).
    • Expertise in email marketing best practices.
    • Proven ability to execute segmented, behavior-based communications and manage complex marketing workflows.
    • Strong familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
    • Project management experience with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of engagement KPIs and optimization strategies.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sharp eye for detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • PowerPoint presentation skills

    Physical Job Requirements

    • This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or seated) more than half the time

    Travel Requirements

    • This position requires overnight domestic travel less than 25% of the time
