The Executive Alliance for Boys and Men of Color
The Executive Alliance for Boys and Men of Color is an alliance of philanthropic CEOs that are invested in working to improve life outcomes for boys and men of color. The Executive Alliance was started in 2014 and its work has yielded tremendous networks and learnings, including initiatives focused on collective actions, sustained capacity building, and place-based strategies. Schott Foundation offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, FSA/HRA benefits, vacation and paid holidays, a retirement plan with employer contributions after 18 months of employment, and other benefits.
