The Executive Alliance for Boys and Men of Color

The Executive Alliance for Boys and Men of Color is an alliance of philanthropic CEOs that are invested in working to improve life outcomes for boys and men of color. The Executive Alliance was started in 2014 and its work has yielded tremendous networks and learnings, including initiatives focused on collective actions, sustained capacity building, and place-based strategies. In July 2024, the Schott Foundation agreed to be the fiscal manager of the Executive Alliance as the focus of the work shifts to making catalytic investments in a series of relevant campaigns bonded by a common “north star” to increase the life expectancy of boys and men of color. As it moves into its next phase, the Executive Alliance is looking for a director to manage and lead the work, including program development, fundraising, engagement, and strategy.

    Benefits and Compensation

Schott Foundation offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, FSA/HRA benefits, vacation and paid holidays, a retirement plan with employer contributions after 18 months of employment, and other benefits.
