This role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day Human Resources operations—including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration—while also managing critical compliance-related responsibilities.
The HR and Compliance Coordinator ensures that our organization remains aligned with internal policies and government contract requirements. This position collaborates closely with operations and program teams, contributes to compliance monitoring, supports internal audits, and manages a range of HR-related administrative tasks.
