    Position: Senior Manager, Venue Sales

    Role Overview

As Senior Manager, Venue Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping those connections—leading sales strategy and driving revenue growth while delivering world-class experiences across our iconic campus.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Advance and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed $18.1M in annual revenue in collaboration with the entire Venue Sales team managing LCPA’s premier facilities,
    • Build, evaluate, and strengthen client relationships, identifying untapped opportunities for growth and partnership.
    • Lead the full client lifecycle—from initial inquiry through event cost development, contracting, and seamless event delivery.
    • Draft, negotiate, and finalize event contracts
    • Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with prospective clients, providing tailored recommendations and cost estimates to secure bookings.
    • Serve as a trusted on-site leader for high-profile events, ensuring flawless execution and a seamless client experience that reinforces Lincoln Center’s brand promise.
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including Event Production, Campus Relations, Guest Experience, Legal, Accounting, Box Office and Security to deliver events that exceed client expectations.
    • Maintain and analyze sales reporting (ArtsVision, Salesforce, etc.) to monitor progress toward ambitious sales targets and inform data-driven decision making
    • Support Venue Sales marketing efforts by collaborating with LCPA’s Marketing Department to maintain online presence, update event databases and enhance client-facing materials as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3–5 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven ability to meet or exceed ambitious revenue goals.
    • Experience in venue sales, event production, or within performing arts/cultural institutions strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated expertise in cultivating high-value client relationships and delivering premium service experiences.
    • Outstanding organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) or booking databases; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
