Pacific County Voices Uniting (PCVU) is hiring a full time Director of Organizing in Pacific County. This position will work on average 40 hours per week within the salary range $66,570-$75,000 depending on experience. The Director of Organizing will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive organizing plan, as well as managing a team of organizers and working closely with an extensive and diverse coalition, and ensuring the organizing team is achieving its goals. This position will report to the Executive Director and be part of the Leadership Team. This position requires work at different hours, including evenings and weekends, and is based in Pacific County. Our work is county-wide, this position travels throughout the county. In addition, we offer regional and national training opportunities.
