Organization Profile
As the largest Latine and Hispanic cultural organization in the U.S. and a Ford Foundation–designated American Cultural Treasure, Ballet Hispánico (BH) is a celebrated American dance institution delivering bold, inclusive, and authentic art experiences to tens of thousands annually in New York City and beyond.
Led by Artistic Director & CEO Eduardo Vilaro, BH’s three core programs—the professional Company, the School, and Community Arts Partnerships—elevate dance, challenge convention, and unite communities in celebration of the rich Latine diasporas. With an annual operating budget of $9.5M, BH is supported through performance income, tuition, rentals, and generous contributions from public and private sources. Looking ahead, BH remains committed to nurturing artists, students, and communities through artistic excellence and the transformative power of dance.
