Administrative Assistant Job Description
The Art of Yoga Project has an opening for a part-time administrative assistant to help manage our day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing administrative tasks, providing support to the team, and fostering a positive and organized work environment.

Schedule: This a 16-20 hour per week position, Monday through Friday, 3-4 hours per day during daytime hours. There is some flexibility in scheduling. The job location is our office at the Sobrato Center for Nonprofits – Redwood Shores, 330 Twin Dolphin Dr., Suite 131, Redwood City CA 94065.
Compensation: S$25.00 per hour, plus a prorated paid time off.

The Art of Yoga Project brings a rehabilitative program of yoga and expressive arts to system-involved youth.
Purpose: To support day-to-day operation of a small non-profit organization.
Status: Non-exempt position, 16-20 hours per week.
Essential Functions:
This position is responsible for providing general administrative support as needed, including but not limited to:
Take on additional tasks as directed by the Executive Director or her deputy.
