We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team of current Project Managers and lead transformative initiatives. Your responsibilities
As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our projects forward. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Together with your Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the project, always keeping an eye on budget, scope, and timeline to ensure efficient delivery
- You should have proven experience working with core finance and accounting processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Source-to-Pay.
- You should have hands-on experience managing the migration of core business processes into a SAP S/4HANA environment.
- You know how to work closely with regional stakeholders to align strategic objectives and build strong relationships
- You will be able to manage the selection, deployment and integration of IT solutions, ensuring that they are in line with project objectives and organizational standards
Your profile
- Completed a master’s or diploma degree with strong experience in project management.
- Proven experience in agile project management is highly desirable. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, or IPMA are a strong advantage.
- Required hands-on experience with S/4HANA migration, specifically in the Financial (FICO), Sales & Distribution, or introducing SAP Ariba modules
- Demonstrated experience in standardizing, optimizing, and transforming finance business processes to align with best practices and digital transformation initiatives.
- You thrive in teams, and resistance to change does not deter you; you embrace transformation challenges positively.
- You recognize the growing value of data in your field and are eager to build your awareness and skills to incorporate data-informed approaches into your work.
- Strong communication skills, confident presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Our team is international and works with colleagues and service providers worldwide - intercultural empathy is what sets you apart, fluent English comes naturally to you, French and/or German are a plus
