    Description

    The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with a contract duration of two years. At the end of the initial two-year contractual period, there are good prospects for a prolongation. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.

    We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team of current Project Managers and lead transformative initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating diverse projects that deliver real impact. You will work with international teams and ensure that our mission of creating a world without hunger is achieved.     Your responsibilities

    As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our projects forward. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

    • Together with your Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the project, always keeping an eye on budget, scope, and timeline to ensure efficient delivery
    • You should have proven experience working with core finance and accounting processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Source-to-Pay.
    • You should have hands-on experience managing the migration of core business processes into a SAP S/4HANA environment.
    • You know how to work closely with regional stakeholders to align strategic objectives and build strong relationships
    • You will be able to manage the selection, deployment and integration of IT solutions, ensuring that they are in line with project objectives and organizational standards

    Your profile

    • Completed a master’s or diploma degree with strong experience in project management.
    • Proven experience in agile project management is highly desirable. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, or IPMA are a strong advantage.
    • Required hands-on experience with S/4HANA migration, specifically in the Financial (FICO), Sales & Distribution, or introducing SAP Ariba modules
    • Demonstrated experience in standardizing, optimizing, and transforming finance business processes to align with best practices and digital transformation initiatives.
    • You thrive in teams, and resistance to change does not deter you; you embrace transformation challenges positively.
    • You recognize the growing value of data in your field and are eager to build your awareness and skills to incorporate data-informed approaches into your work.
    • Strong communication skills, confident presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
