Who We Are

Passion Ventures is a faith-driven philanthropic organization dedicated to empowering Christian social entrepreneurs to build sustainable futures in vulnerable communities across the developing world. Funded by the Kevin & Deborah Bartz Foundation, we partner with passionate, action-oriented leaders whose faith moves them to launch self-sustaining social enterprises that break the cycle of poverty.

What We Do & Whom We Serve

We provide flexible grant funding (up to $50,000 for a one-year Fellowship) to early-stage, impact-driven social ventures operating directly in developing countries. We exclusively support Christian founders whose initiatives focus on:

• Economic Empowerment (job creation, micro-enterprise development, skills training, and financial inclusion)
• Poverty Alleviation (sustainable livelihoods, income generation, and community economic resilience)
