Ridgeline Care Network, Inc. (RCN) exists to help individuals and families overcome barriers to essential community resources through compassionate, accessible, nonclinical care coordination, practical assistance, resource navigation, and person-centered support.

Our mission is rooted in dignity, respect, individual choice, and the belief that no one should have to navigate complicated systems of assistance alone.

Ridgeline Care Network, Inc. (RCN) is a North Carolina nonprofit corporation established in September 2026. We are a developing, 100% volunteer-operated organization preparing to support individuals and families who face challenges accessing community resources and navigating systems of assistance.

Our planned services include nonclinical care coordination, community resource navigation, housing and public benefits application assistance, scheduling support, and supportive listening. We emphasize practical assistance, informed choice, confidentiality, and respect for each individual's dignity and independence.

RCN is currently in its founding organizational stage. We are building our governance, volunteer leadership, administrative infrastructure, and operational safeguards before launching client-facing services.

Our proposed governance structure includes a five-member State Delegate Council, with one representative from each of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia.

We are actively seeking qualified, mission-driven volunteers interested in helping establish and govern a responsible, sustainable nonprofit organization. Prior board service is welcome but not required.

RCN is incorporated as a nonprofit corporation but has not yet received federal recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
