The Center, founded in 1997, is a non-profit legal advocacy organization dedicated to serving poor children. Its staff of attorneys and law students represent children in abuse and neglect, discrimination, health and mental health, special education and juvenile justice cases, and advocate for changes in law and policy to benefit poor children.
