Our mission is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Our gender-specific programs and research-based curricula provide girls with the confidence and self-esteem to access a bright and economically-independent future.

Together with our community partners and supporters, we give youth the opportunity to realize their own power. GIPNW also supports an anti-racist stance and looks to our mission and programming to support youth and all Black, Indigenous, and People of Color; and any person from specific and diverse backgrounds.
