The Needs Report

The Needs Report, Inc is a new non-profit organization dedicated to amplifying citizens’ voices in the development process. Through The Needs Report, individuals anonymously report the needs of their communities through simple text (SMS) and voice messages. These reports are then plotted on a global map to create interactive maps that are easy to understand and intuitive to analyze. Connecting governments and NGOs to these maps fosters development projects that address the stated needs of these developing communities, empowers individuals by amplifying their voices and can improve the sustainability of development projects.
