Brainstorm Miami designed to empower the next generation of leaders through sport, mentorship, and access. The program equips young athletes and high academic achievers with the tools, guidance, and community support needed to excel both on and off the course, fostering confidence, discipline, and long-term opportunity. By connecting youth to leadership pathways, Brainstorm Miami is helping shape futures rooted in purpose, achievement, and possibility.

Through a cohort experience, participants engage in golf instruction alongside workshops centered on financial literacy, wealth building, NIL education, leadership development, mental health and personal branding. By combining mentorship from accomplished professionals with practical life-skills training, Links to Leadership uses golf as a vehicle to expand opportunity, encourage long-term vision, and help youth build the confidence, discipline, and relationships needed for future success.
