Frazzled Cafe, founded by best selling author, comedian and mental health awareness campaigner Ruby Wax, runs facilitated peer support meetings across the UK providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where people who are feeling frazzled or overwhelmed by the stresses of modern life can come together to talk openly, connect and feel heard.
