    We live in a time where a life crammed to the hilt is considered a success story, yet so many of us are struggling with the pressure and afraid to admit it. 

    Frazzled Cafe, founded by best selling author, comedian and mental health awareness campaigner Ruby Wax, runs facilitated peer support meetings across the UK providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where people who are feeling frazzled or overwhelmed by the stresses of modern life can come together to talk openly, connect and feel heard.
