BOSS (Building Opportunities for Student Success) creates a high-impact, sustainable, and accessible pathway into the architecture and design industry by providing hands-on workshops, resources, mentorship, skills training, and professional design opportunities for underrepresented and under-resourced youth. Founded in 2018, we are one of Wisconsin's leading organizations for increasing diversity in the design profession.
