BOSS (Building Opportunities for Student Success) creates a high-impact, sustainable, and accessible pathway into the architecture and design industry by providing hands-on workshops, resources, mentorship, skills training, and professional design opportunities for underrepresented and under-resourced youth. Founded in 2018, we are one of Wisconsin's leading organizations for increasing diversity in the design profession.

Since 2018, BOSS has connected Madison area students from underrepresented and underresourced communities with opportunities in the design profession.
